This is a very vague questions. It completely depends on what you are testing, number of requests sent to the server, the number of vusers etc.

1. The LoadRunner will give the clear picture about the transaction history like Min, Avg, Max, Std, 90th Percentile.

2. Avg means Per second Average no of transactions on a given name
