I am a Bcom Graduate of Age 27 years based in Mumbai, have just completed SAP-ABAP(last month).Earlier while doing Bcom, had completed 2 year course from Aptech. Sware Skill sets include Oracle,D2k, C, VB, PL/SQL. I have worked as Junior programmer(PL/SQL) for six months. But for last 6 years working in BPO industry(Call Centre AGENT). But NOW would like to change the career to software Developing what should i do? will it be possible?

The 2 year course that you did in Aptech might have become old - say like you learnt VB, the latest now is .NET, This does not mean that 2 year course is useless, just update yourself with latest technlolgy, Be assured that its not going to be difficult. With your latest SAP-ABAP skill-set and previous PL/SQL experience, start posting your resume on popular job portals and also apply individually wherever openings exist. For your own good, dont quit your BPO Job of 6 years untill you get an appointment letter from a very good company.
