hi...Generally Alpha Testing is not a type ofTesting....Actualy what happen in Alpha testing is customer come to development place....here develope will show demo on application....what actually he is doing is he will expalin the flow of the application.....everyone got this one...y it is called testing....for thsi there is no logic......i think this is sufficient.....is there any mistakes kindly excuse.....

Alpha testing is done by the another developer group in the company.

Hi,

Testing of an application when development is nearing completion; minor design changes may still be made as a result of such testing. Typically done by end-users or others, not by programmers or testers. Done in controlled environment.

Alpha Testing: Testing the software product /system conducted at developer's site by the end user usually done when development is nearing to end.


Beta Testing:Testing the software product /system conducted at one or more customers sites by end user. Usually done when development & testing come to an end.
