processes -> Needed but not essential

Database-> tough technical questions from interviewers

Automation -> always suspicious that your experience may be fake

Manual Testing->alone is always inadequate

Best thing is: Experienced Software Test Engineer involved in manual, automation, test designs, developing test plans, stratergies, defect managamenet and process refinement in a CMM Level 4/5 or ISO certified organization
