CRP is a step in implementation where the user gets to know the system and testing is done. This step is important for getting customer approval.

CRP is one of the phase of ERP implementation where in use can see the working of the system and test his business case scenerios.
There are mainly two phases i..e CRP-1&2.

There are two phases CRP1 and CRP 2

CRP1: During CRP1 application is configured as per the business cases provided and discussed as per TO-BE analysis phase.

Owners keyusers consultants meet to exchange their views on business configure the software validate the configuration identify the gaps and data migration requirements.

CRP2: Gaps are analyzed further and components to be customized are analyzed and documented.
