Hi , I am working as IT Recruiter for US IT Staffing , I am interested to do with some HR related IT Courses such as Oracle HRMS , or Peoplesoft HRMS or SAP HR ( any one of these ) I have did my Post Graduate Diploma in Computer ApplicationsPlease do advice me what will the best to study and what and how prepare I need to do myself to study this one

Ashok, You could do SAP HR. This has a very good demand in market and also this is very powerful for HR activities. So get going. All the Best.

HI,

That was really a nice Question..
I would suggest you to opt Oracle Apps HRMS Functional First and Technical next.
These both have a good scope.
and let me tell you...we need to have good focus towards this course...as it is not that easy enough to make it a part time course....we have to be very dedicated...
