Phase Roll Out:

In any project life cycle there are different kinds of phases...Here in each phase we have the time lines to complete that particular phase...but if we are completing the phase before the time lines(ex: 10 days time completed within 3 days...). This is called Phase Roll Outs. This is carried out based on the client budget time etc....

With a phased rollout you deploy the software to one or more groups to determine if the deployment plan and tool is working as expected. You may start with a small group and then expand to larger groups before deploying to your entire customer base. In a phased rollout you are focusing your test less on the product itself (though you want to obtain feedback and possible trouble spots) and more on your deployment plan.
