Management Graduate Career change to IT

Hi, I am a management graduate, I am interested to join in IT company,which short term courses will help me to enter into IT field.one of my friend have suggested Software Testing ,,can u please tell me more future prospectus for testing .which Institutes will offer this course with placement assistance?

Sita testing is also a good field. YOu could also make your entry ito SAP which is gaining its market now at rapid speed. There are many modules in SAP.Get into good institute which gives SAP training near your area and choose the one of your interest. All the Best.

Friend...what is ur specialization in mgmt..If u have specialized in any of the domain such as Mktg, systems,Finance then u have good propsects in IT company.I dont understand why would anybody would opt for short terms courses after completing mgmt course.First of all understand and analyze where is ur interest lying...and futher try to dig up the domain.....Bye

Hi Vijay,
my specilization is mkg in mba and did my testing course at stc and now joined as fresher  AQ executive in a co in chennai.
Here people hve started to do web testing.
Am on the process of  collecting checklists .
Can u help me out on getting me what need to be tested and wat should be concentrated while testing all the stuff needed to test web testing.
Here testing is done by manual and some time slient give req' otherwise no documentation.
Pl help
