Non - Conformity :  If requirements are not met then it NC

Eg: Audit plan is not available for the concern

Improvement:

Eg: If currently there 2 r 3 auditors in the organisation -

Improvement Note Can be made  like this: Potenial auditors can be increased  to 5 or 6 by covering all the functional areas
