Hi All,Reprts are the means by which we are going to extract needful data and present it in a useful manner to the user, while validating the functionality of a report two things always need to be keep in mind1.Correcteness 2.Content3.Completeness1.Correctness-here correctness refer to the corretness of data extracted ,means whether we are getting correct data for the given data extraction criteria(Query )2.Content-means the output which we are getting3.Completeness-means whether we are getting data which is complete with respect to the given criteria For validating the report , a person need to have access to the backend so that he can compare the data and assuare correctenss, completeness and content of output

Functionalities is nothing but checking the working behaviour how it works it is known through SRS by when you give any input what is the output you are getting whether it matches with the requirement it is correct

If it mismatches then it6 is a bug it is immediately reported
