Sir, i have completed diploma in 2001 and i have working in other field,last from three months iam doing oracle 9i,sql,pl/sql,forms,reports and unix.if i complete this did i get job in softwerecompany and also i am intrested in doing any degree right now plz suggest me sir

In case the institute where you are getting trained, provide placement assistance, it will be helpful to you.
If no placement assistance is provided by your training institute, you will have to search hard to find a job.
Major IT Companies insist on BE, BTech, MCA or such similar levels.
Still if you try... there are companies which will absorb diploma candidates. Since such opportunties are less you will have to be double alert and moreover you will have to perform exceptionally well in all rounds of the interview to get hired.
Start preparing for interviews.
Spend an hour or two in getting to know about interview questions related to Oracle, SQL, Forms ......
Be Prepared in all aspects.
Above all be optimistic.
