Dear Sreenivasulu Vunnam

Since you are still doing your Masters better concentrate on the same and try to get good score in the final.

Also it is important to choose a very good project for your final exam.

When you get good score in your exams you are bound to get job easily.

You can improve your communication skills....
Know what you are saying.
Believe what your are saying is correct.
Say it confidently.
Be sure about yourself.
Try to communicate as much as you can with as many different people as possible.
