Are you satisfied?Clean hand.Not rush to take a decision,have good amount of time to think in all possible way in an issue before arriving a decision.Understand issues from their point of view and accept their suggestion if it is valid.Yes,clean hand impression is something you cherish forever and i fully appreciate what my people think about me as a leader.
