What is the reason of occuring overflow-underflow arithmatic exception error, it shows error message when we run ourprogram by adding control

but i show this when i compile vb.net program which is not having a single like code..

Note: i can run the vb.net form without any control.. and the same error came when i drag a simple control even it may be textbox or command or etc..

so that i uninstalled the .net in my pc
