My Friend Winrunner is not a Performance Tool. It's a funtional testing tool and you don't have concept of having virtual users in Winrunner.

hai..winrunner is a functionality testing tool its not performance testing tool.so no concept of virtual users there.

winrunner is a functional and regression  testing tool its not performance testing tool.so no concept of virtual users here,Where as loadrunner is having that concept.Adding the vitual users is dependent on clients requirement,so companies suppose to purchase the licence for that many vitual users as per the client requirement.Generally for demo versions we have the chance to add upto 100.
