The two types of data are:- Primary Data and Secondary data.
Primary data:- It is the data that is collected under the suupervison of an investigator.You would go to the field to collect data

Secondary data:- Data collected from Primary data is know as secondary data
Eg:- Journals,Magazines,Websites etc
