Presently iam in BPO .. I have completd my Masters in Computers in 2001 ... Now iam planning to change / shift my profession .. Suggest me what be better option.

Hi ,
          I would suggest you try for software testing and nothing much technical expertise is required..Or the best could be Business analyst job this will give you enough ground to prove yourself even u can use your communication skills effectively which you have ,,you can take advantage of that.
      Or a technical writer that's a sure shot/ best for you that i can imagine.
