In L&T the selection process has 3 rounds.Section-1 Aptitude – consists of 36 question from figure metricsSection-2. Technical HR – Consists of questions from C/C++ (verbal)Section-3. Final HR – Interview after clearing Section-1 and Section-2. You may be asked to sign a bond, which is for 2 yrs.
