One of my friend is said that  the company will decide the tool depending og the requirements. But according to my knoledge, the decision is depending on The prodect. ie the what sw is used and which tool is preffered for that sw.

Based on the budjet for the project; the time frame; number of members in the team and based on how huge the project is; whether it has some version control or version change; the company will decide the start of the project.

There are many factors which will decide the Automation tool at the time of Project Initialization...1.Requirements2.Project Budget3.Project size4.Head counts5.Time

These are the main factors will decide which tool is suitable:Project Type, Requirements of the project in functionality and customer point of view, Availability of the tools in the organization.

During the start of the Project Based on the functionality of the Project and Client requirements, Based on Budjet and Testing Resources, Company comes to one conclusion that tool is required or not

By keeping in mind the following things the company will make the decision.

1. Requirements
2. Resource
3. Time
4. Budget

Use of the tools or manual approach depends on several factors. They are : Time frame available, Project budget, Human and other resources.

Also it depends on the client's requirment. For exapmple, if client specifies that, they want a product which satisfies more than 95% accuracy, its quite important to use Autation tools.
