Submitted by: Ravikiran Hi,
SLA stands for Service Level Agreement. This is a agreement that you make with your customers/clients for the services you provide. For example, Company A is giving support service to Company B. Then there should be an SLA prepared between these two companies regarding the type of service/timings of service/resource details/cost details etc. SLA is not applicable only to Product based companies. It is also applicable to Service based companies.
