There is nothing much difference.
oracle apps 11i manufacturing is introduced by Oracle and SAPs' manufacturing is a great success.

In oracle apps, financials is very flexible and easy to understand, where as manufacturing in oracle apps 11i still needs to be optimized.

In SAP, manufacturing module clearly linked with other modules and there are less issues raised.
where as oracle manufacturing derived from legacy systems and the linking with other modules leads to several support issues.
