once the order is been booked we are not allowed to cancel the order

Yes Once the Order is Booked We cannot Cancel the order.

When the order is in Entered Status we can change whatever information we wish to.

order status has changed to shipped/interfaced/closed these orders only not able to cancel

remaining all other order status are possible to cancel

We can cancel the order if it is in booked status but cannot be cancelled once the order is Shipped...
