Ans might be C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts.

source we can keep in custom folders but we need to link the file to AU/....fnd  folder like

ln -s /XXXXX/app/applmgr/product/10.7.0/fnd/6.1.1/bin/fndcpesr
