RE: What is Quality Audit

once the whole work is finished with regarding to a particular entity, quality leader will do a work product audit(cheking timesheet, coding standards, comparing time sheet efforts with efforts in WIMS,whether defects are looged for all the phases(Analysis, coding, review(analysis and coding),Test case preparation, testing, review(testcase prep and testing)), ..etc for that particular entity).

once in a while Q.L will be checking whether the team is filling the documents like WIMS(Work Item Management Sheet for their respective entites).and if it is not filled properly she will put that in audit log and mail respective person to fill and inform her.once it is filled she will close that in audit log.

these are  some of the processes that will be followed in quality.
