answer can (c) also according to the given conditions because elderly persons can be atleast one which means more than one with mini people one

Because in the question they clearly mentioned team should consist of at least 4 members but it shouldn't contain more than 1 girl but should be 1 elder so that way this is the right answer.
2-boys 1-girl 1-women.
