 consider a circle .

in that, let 1st mouse be white. leaving  that the cat is alowed to start eat the 2nd mouse in a circular format . then finally the last will b white mouse (at 13 th position)

there are 2 possibilities

The cat can start from 2nd mouse if going clock wise

or from 13th one if going anticlock wise

it should starts from 13 because white mouse is the first position in the circle
