average speed=total distance/total time
so answer is 20+15(total dist)/(1/3+1/2)total time in hrs=
35*(6/5)=42miles/hr

avg speed= total distance covered/total time taken
=(15+20)/(20+50)=35/50=0.7 miles/min=0.7*60=42 miles/hr
ans=42 miles/hr
