Does UML guarantee project success?

The usage of UML in a project has lot of benefits embedded in it. To name few are enables class diagrams to be depicted in a effective manner, cost of training is reduced, restructuring and remodeling is easier and simple when there is change of environment in projects. But although all these benefits are embedded in a project by the usage of UML it des not guarantee the project success. This is because UML is used for improving the project efficiency and does not guarantee or add to project success.
