suppose there were 36 students...
given except 18 students all r above 50 yr old....okay?
so (36-18) 18 r above 50 yrs   ****18****
amg remainin 18, 15 r below 50 yrs  ****15*****
3 can be 50 yr old ****3*****

so total 18+15+3=36..option c)

18 = 15 less than 50 Age + 3 50 year Age..
Question didnt mentioned about persons whose Age > 50 ..
So, No. of persons whose age > 50 may 12, 15 and 18..
Answer is None of these..
