the answer for one is 0111

and the second is 0010

hene probability of error is 50% at least..

The answer should be 3/4

because

  A    B      C = A B       D =  A xor B   C + D      CD
  0    0            0                    0            0            0
  0    1            0                    1            1            0
  1    0            0                    1            1            0
  1    1            1                    0            1            0

so total outcome is 4 and favourable case is 3 so,
      probability of Error shoud be 3/4 = 75%
