how it can be 30...

a=1.5b-----------eqn 1

b=2+c-------------eqn 2

c=5a/6------------eqn 3

solving i get c=10

a=12

b=12

let as assume b is x,
a is paid 50% more so
a=x+(50/100)x=1.5x
c=5/6*(3x/2)=5x/4
b=2+c
x=2+5x/4
so
x=8
i.e b=8 to salve all a=12,b=10
so a+b+c=8+12+10=30
