but.. if and only that person mention your id in their program(NOTIFY &UR ID)... you can view the status of that person 's job otherwise you can't .. i think it may be right...
Go to spool and in the command prompt give owner '@XXXX' and pre * then you will able to see all the job status for the user XXXX. where XXXX is the mainframe id of other person.
