Dharma Systems Interview Procedure by Divya Ulaganathan on May 2005

I had gone to drop my resume to a few companies in Koramangala, Bangalore last week. The next day, I got a call from Dharma Systems asking me to attend the
test. They had a few condidtions like,

1. Bond for 2 years.
2. Originals should be submitted during the interview
process itself.
3. Initial salary will be Rs.3000 and after training ,it will be Rs.5000. After 1 year, depending on performance, salary will be hiked.

And they mentioned that they have already taken few people and that they'll take 3 more people, preferably 2004 passouts.

The pattern was like,
1. Aptitude (R.S Agarwal)
2. Reasoning (Like Sakuntala Devi)
3. Ques from C

I don't remember the questions correctly. I'm giving below whatever I remember.

1.A cone is placed on a spherical ball. What part of the sphere is below the cone.

2.I bought 10 mangoes and 5 apples costing a total ofRs.40. I returned 2 apples and bought 1 mango for the same total. So what is their indiv rate.

3.A man walking covers 18 miles. A car 10 times faster reaches the man in how many min?

4. One question like of three people, one gives right answer, one wrong, etc. like George Summers.

5.If x<y and a=b, then
i) x+a < y+b
...

6) If radius of circle increased by 10%, area inc by how much?

7)String a[] = {"d","h","a","r","m","a","10"}
String b[] = {"dharma"}
String length of both.

8) Problem on time and work.

9) A grp of people work together. Each day, a person leaves. Whne will the last person leave if 2/3 of the work is done by the grp.

10) SOme ques on %.
