IBS Interview Procedure and Preparation tips By Renjith in March 2005

There are theree rounds

1) Written Test
2) Technical Interview
3) HR Interview

In written Test there are 2 parts

1)       Essay in English about some topic ( My topic ws Harthal & its problems)

2)       Aptitude test

It contains 10Qns, 5 flow charts & 5 Logical reasoning questions.
Flow charts r normally very tough..

Next round is Technical Interview

They may ask questions from all most all the subjects which you have studied Btech… mainly OS, DBMS, Networking, OOPS, Algorithms, Data Structures, C, C++, java…They will ask only Basics…

Third round is HR round

Usually they will ask some personal questions in this round…But they asked some technical questions to me…They will surely ask about your  project in this round…Then questions like What's the position in your  class? What's your rank in entrance?...
