Wipro Profile and Interview Pattren

The test is followed by a Technical and a HR interview. The technical interview is highly specialized and covers almost all subjects you have done in your curriculum. However one is required to name his/her favorite subject on which most of the interview is focused on Computer Engineers C, Operating Systems, DBMS, Microprocessors are mostly focused upon. Electronics Engineers can be grilled on DCLD, Microprocessors and Communications. For details on the frequently asked questions please refer to our Interview section.

The HR interview which follows the technical interview is very general. In most cases questions regarding the company are asked for details on the other frequently asked questions please refer to our Interview section.

SCOPE of HR in WIPRO

Greetings I am Suresh. I am doing MBA from CMTR a reputed management institute in Punjab. I am willing to join WIPRO as Executive in HR. I have done Diploma in Modern Office Management(3 yrs.) with 1st Divison. I have also 50 marks in Graduation M.Sc(IT) 69.4 MCA final result awaited.
I have approximately 7 yrs experience of ministerial nature on different capacities like techncian apprentice customer relation reception office assistant personal assistant.
Good communication skill.

Please help me out to be a successful manager in a reputed firm like WIPRO what quantum of skill and knowledge is required.
