These are the Parameters for init.ora

DB_BLOCK_BUFFERS

SHARED_POOL_SIZE

SORT_AREA_SIZE

DBWR_IO_SLAVES

ROLLBACK_SEGMENTS

SORT_AREA_RETAINED_SIZE

DB_BLOCK_LRU_EXTENDED_STATISTICS

SHARED_POOL_RESERVE_SIZE

Additionally

PGA_Aggregate_target set when Work_area_policy is set to auto and FAST_START_MTTR_Target set may also affect d/b performance
