E Ink offers developer kit with integrated display

If you’ve wanted to check outE Ink’s electronic paper technology, but weren’t willing tospring for one of the few devices incorporating it, now’s your chance. The company is rolling out the Electronic PaperDisplay Prototyping Kit, which includes a 6-inch electronic paper display, Linux system and Bluetooth, USB andserial hookups for I/O. The $3,000 kit comes preconfigured as an e-book reader, so you can use this as a poorman’s (well,not too poor) Librie, but the realpurpose is for developers to test the limits of the platform.
