CRMSurvey: High-tech, computer firms struggle with online customer issues

Although companies in the high-tech industry are doing more to shield customer information from third parties, they’re sharing more data with their own business partners and failing to respond quickly to customer e-mails, according to a study by The Customer Respect Group.
