A's amount gets doubled all three times{when B,C,D LOSE} so A had initially 40/(2x2x2)=5 [divided by 8 as a's money doubled three times]
B'S money gets doubled two times{when C &D lose}, B had initially 40/(2*2)=10
similarly C's Money get doubled two times(when B &D loses) C had initially : 80/ (2*2)=20
similarly with d initially : 16/(2*2)=4
Ans:(a) Smallest amt of money : D (b) Greatest amount of money: C (c) Amount B have: 10
