Dude Remember!when its your first job you should say
"It doesnt matter if you pay me less or more i believe with my good work I would get a handsome salary today or tomorrow and I am sure organisation of your repute doesnt have salary indifferences I am sure you do have good standards as i heard"
When you are going for second job.....
"What ever best you can offer me with level of experiance and knowledge i have"
and remember if the offer you less show the HR the other offer letter you have from other company who offers you better!they will think about it!!
