Question:  sir,
I am student of MCA (1st year) and I don't have above 60% consistency since 10th in my profile,but I have a very strong hand on c,data structure and operating system.so my ques is that
is there companies who doesn't have the criteria of 60% or who select the student on skills

Amit Garg , you are just in your first year of MCA. You coul try well and get good percentage in your oming semesters. All major MNC companies look for good percentages for entry. Anyhow dont lose hope. There are also mid sized companies which could take you based on you skills and after gainig experinec you could make a shift as per your choice. Strengthen your communication skill,technical skill,aptitude and so on to get the entry.  You coul also refer the link
