   according to my knowledge...

Business intelligence: business intelligence is a group application which is used to gather information, providing access to, analyze the information and proving this information to end user to take timely decisions.

Data warehouse: data warehouse is a centralized database. Extract data from desperate systems; transform the data into one single format and load transformed data into target/data warehouse.
