Question:  L & T Infotech Interview Experience

Answer:

The pattern of written test was same as that told by the members in this group i.e 36 questions on Advanced Progressive Matrices in 40 mins.

This was followed by an extempore round in which we have to speak on any topic of our choice for 1.5 minutes .I spoke on the topic:

'Religion promotes communal harmony'.

All the rounds were elimination rounds.

The following day I had interviews both technical and HR . Some of my friends had only single interview in which both HR and Technical were asked .In my case I had 2 diff. interviews -Technical and HR.

In the technical interview they asked me much on my personal strengths, achievements in life , reason for joining L & T Infotech. I was wondering whether I'm sitting in the technical interview or HR!!!!.

Then she asked me some technical questions as well like my Projects and some very simple questions like

1 Differences between C and C++?

2 When can u use C and not C++ ( any application)?

3 List any DBMS u know abt.

4 Why are u working in Java(my project) if C/C++ is ur strength?

HR interview was very short and he asked me abt my hobby , interest in Computer line. He also asked  me my score in written test.
