Answer: Oracle Application uses Flexfield to capture information about Your organization. Flexfield have flexible structure for storing key information. Like Company, Cost Center, and Account. They also give u highly adaptable Structure for storing customized information in oracle Applications.

FlexField is used to store the extra information of organization.Which can be shown on the requirement basis.There are two types 1.Descriptive Flexfields 2. Key Flexfields. Descriptive Flexfields preceded with "category" Keyword and Kff preceded with segment keyword.
