c:/>SQLPLUS /  AS SYSDBA

connect to an ideal instance

now we can start the database with any of the stage as the requirement.

SQL>STARTUP NOMOUNT

or

SQL>STARTUP MOUNT

or

SQL>STARTUP OPEN
