There is no difference between 'Rational Functional Tester' and 'IBM functional tester'. It's the same thing. Since 2003 IBM bought Rational and they wanted to market the that IBM and RATIONAL are same thing. So they sometimes use IBM w/R sign which represents Registered tradmark owner.Sohan Karim
