There will be two anwers as the difference is given. It's not given specifically that
A-B=9 or B-A=9

With A-B=9 :
eqns will be: 2B-A=30
and A-B=9
it will give B=39
hence Ans=39+10=49

With B-A=9 :

eqns will be: 2B-A=30
and B-A=9
hence B=21
hence Ans=21+10=31
