Question:  What types of documents would you need for QA, QC, and Testing?

RE: What types of documents would you need for QA, QC, and Testing?
 
For long term projects we need a complete business requirement specification (BRS)document, Customer Requirement specification document, design document for testing, Test plan, Test strategy document, project plan. 
But for small project we don't need all these documents, because we can perform adhoc testing.
