RE: Software QA Process

This is such an open-ended question that it is difficult to answer specifically.

The way the question is presented, it seems you are in a company that currently has a QA process and you wish to introduce a new QA process.  Yet, it would be beneficial if you defined what you meant by "new".  How does the new process differ from the old one?

Without this detail, my only answer to you would be to introduce the new QA Process compellingly.  You do that by making it perfectly clear to management that the new process is simpler, more efficient, more effective, can save the company money, and/or can help the company make more intelligent business decisions.
