Question:  Overcome Dissatisfaction Challenge

Answer: If you are recruiting an employee from outside (external recruitment) who is equally talented and knowledged to an employee who is working currently . But the externally recruited employee offer highier compensation than the existing employee and you selected him. This will create dissatisfaction on the existing employee. How can you overcome the challenge as a HR?

If I feel because of that reason existing employee feeling dissatisfy I make him understand that the difference in salary is due to attract the candidate, not to discourage you.
